If it is too late! I am thinking of alot of ideas. This post is about idea number 1.Effie trinket from the hunger games.
I would find a lace top from goodwill and make a tule skirt out of tule I would by at joans, I would make paper butterflies to glue onto the skirt and buy these eyelashes from Saphora. P.s the tule skirt would be knee length.
Any ideas?
